Hi Believers,
The last rehearsals before a concert are always the most exciting! Monday’s rehearsal will be in the sanctuary. It always sounds different when we move into the sanctuary. Be sure to play as confidently as you do in the choir room. You might want to bring a stand light.
If possible, please come early on Monday to help move percussion and stands into the sanctuary and to set-up for rehearsal. We plan to start setting up at 4:30 pm. Thanks!
On Sunday, May 5th GFUMC is having a combined Lakeside Service and there will be no service in the sanctuary. We can leave everything set-up from Monday through the concert on Sunday!

Dress rehearsal Saturday, May 4th from 9:30 am-12:00 noon. We will rehearse in concert order as much as possible.
The schedule for Sunday, May 5th:
1:30 pm – Call time – Please, park by Dunlap Road or behind the church
1:45 pm – Warm-up in sanctuary – sound check
2:15-2:30 pm – Move into the choir room and get dressed, if not already
2:45 pm – Tune in choir room, if needed
2:50 pm – Pray
2:55 pm – Enter sanctuary
3:00 pm – Concert begins
4:15 pm – End concert
The dress for the concert will be your best Time and Space costume.
You may want to bring a stand light and a water bottle.
I can’t wait for our beautiful production on Sunday.
